Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramAtulamati (अतुलमति) refers to “one of unequalled intellect”, according to the according to the Kularatnoddyota, one of the earliest Kubjikā Tantras.—Accordingly, after Vṛkṣanātha took food with those belonging to the Cāṇḍāla caste: “[...] Then, having wandered (about there) just to play, (that yogi) of unequalled intellect (atulamati) (went) to the city next to the sea called Candrapura and, having got there, was praised by the hosts of immortals.[...]”.
