This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 18.99

सर्वाकारगुणोपेता सर्वे सर्वार्थनिश्चिता ।
प्रनेतारो विनेतारो बुद्धा बुधजनार्चिताः ॥ ९९ ॥

sarvākāraguṇopetā sarve sarvārthaniścitā |
pranetāro vinetāro buddhā budhajanārcitāḥ || 99 ||

Altogether perfect in qualities, intent on all things that are salutary, leaders and saviours that they are, all the Buddhas are praised by wise men. (99)
