This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 18.75

वदना सुविमलदशना निश्चरति गिरा यदा गुणधराणां ।
माद्यन्ति शकुनसंघा गगनतलगता वनगताश् च ॥ ७५ ॥

vadanā suvimaladaśanā niścarati girā yadā guṇadharāṇāṃ |
mādyanti śakunasaṃghā gaganatalagatā vanagatāś ca || 75 ||

When the speaking voice goes forth from between the spotless teeth of the Virtuous One, the flocks of birds in sky and wood rejoice. (75)
